Shipping & Delivery

Between 1st October and 28th February (in season) we ship same day or next day Monday to Friday, from 1st March to 30th September (out of season) we ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays

We offer a number of different shipping and delivery options. Requirements and cut off times may vary depending on your region so please check the specific requirements for your region carefully.

 £5.25 for all orders up to the value of £25.00

 £10.25 for all orders between the value of £25.00 and £150.00

Free shipping on all UK orders above the value of £150.00

We can ship worldwide but for obvious reasons this will be slower than shipping to the UK and costs may vary, international orders are also subject to import duty where it applies.

Standard delivery is within 2-4 working days.

 

Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 11am Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

 

We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and if you decide to order a pre-ordered product along with some stock items we will be in touch on whether you would prefer to wait until everything is in stock or whether you want to split the delivery.

 

Scotland, Republic & Northern Ireland,

Delivery is within 3-4 working days.

Delivery Failure

 

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Failure to raise a initial query within the 1 day timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered. Please do not sign for the package if delivered damaged.
